4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client. However, Monoteam reserves the right to retain and reuse any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in the creation of the project. We also reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

5. Revisions and Changes

Revisions to the project scope or deliverables must be communicated promptly. Significant changes beyond the original agreement may result in additional fees and extended timelines. Minor revisions are typically included, but large-scale changes may require a separate agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes project details, business processes, and personal data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Monoteam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or project.

8. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. In the event of non-payment or breach of agreement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately.

9. Warranty and Support

We offer limited post-launch support for resolving bugs or minor issues related to the delivered services. This warranty is typically valid for a specified period after project completion, as outlined in the agreement. Any ongoing maintenance or updates beyond this period may require a separate support agreement.

10. Governing Law
